The owners of Ai Sushi and Steak bring their 10 years of restaurant experience in Colorado to the city of Boulder. With another Ai Sushi in Colorado Springs and a sister restaurant in the Denver Tech Center, Bara Sushi, we hope to be a unique contribution to Boulder’s thriving dining scene and community.
